ABOUT my Photography
My love for photography didn’t come to fruition until I went on a trip with my grandfather to Alaska when I was 13. While on this trip my mother offered me a camera to take with me. I thought nothing of it, taking pictures of the mountains and rivers, still without any knowledge that the sound of a shutter would be one that could forever put a smile on my face. It wasn’t until one morning when a fox came to our camp. I slowly edged closer until I was no more than 5 feet from its questioning nose. I looked through the camera lens and into the eyes of the little critter. Innocence. Just looking for food or a companion. I took a picture and the shutter noise scared her and she ran away into the long grass. I can remember laying in bed and looking at the picture smiling thinking about that moment we shared. Looking back now I realized the power and love I had for holding life’s moments in a single frame and I still do. But that love came from a little red fox.
I specialize in portrait photography, but, love anything I can point a lens at. I love working with models when it comes to portraits. I am well aware that sometimes having a camera pointed at you can be uncomfortable, so I try to ensure my shoots are fun and upbeat. I love to get to know the people I am working with on a personal level. I believe this helps build a sense of trust and comfort when it comes time to go out and shoot. Night photography has been a growing passion of mine as well. Going to college in Montana has allowed me to connect with nature and the stars at night. Finally, landscape photography is something that intrigued me, however, I wish to travel more to expand my portfolio.
I am based in Los Angeles, Bozeman, Denver, and The Dakotas.
ABOUT my Filmmaking
I’m a director, writer, and video editor with a deep love for telling honest, character-driven stories. From a young age, I was creating my own worlds— That mix of imagination and freedom is still at the core of everything I do today as a filmmaker.
Story has always come first for me. When I write, I’m drawn to grounded, human moments- conversations that feel overheard, people wrestling with their flaws, and small decisions that change everything. I like to explore themes like addiction, grief, recovery, and family, taking experiences that feel personal and shaping them into narratives that others can connect with.
I also have a genuine passion for video editing-it isn’t just a job, it’s something I do in both my free time and my professional work. I find the process equally invigorating and rewarding; to me, editing is like putting together a puzzle. You start with all these scattered pieces— shots, performances, sounds, moments— and slowly discover how they fit together until the story suddenly locks into place.
Because I work across directing, writing, and editing, I’m always thinking about how each stage impacts the others. When I write, I’m already imagining how the scene will cut together. When I’m on set, I’m thinking about coverage, performance, and the little details that will give me options in the edit. And when I’m editing, I’m constantly rediscovering the story, finding new nuances in the footage and shaping the film into its best version.
My body of work includes narrative shorts, personal projects, and emotionally driven pieces that come from real experiences and observations. I’m continuing to build a portfolio that reflects who I am as a storyteller: someone who cares about authenticity, enjoys the craft as much as the final product, and wants audiences to feel something real when the screen fades to black.
